    Overhauling of the mind

July 2, 2018 - By Aziza Ahmed Paula

[ Overhauling of the mind ] Few mornings back, I got up from sleep feeling dizzy. My eyes hurt, mouth was super dry, as if I didn’t drink water for a month and most of all, I felt I didn’t sleep for an entire week. I tried to think back, I remembered, I slept for well 7 hours, drank enough water the day before and well did the usual things. This fatigued brain and body was beyond my comprehension. In office I couldn’t concentrate on my work. I got myself a good steak and some vegetable for lunch. Instead I…

    Essentially fights headache

May 14, 2016 - By Aziza Ahmed Paula

There are millions of people across the world like me, who suffer from headaches every day. I suffer from migraine the king of headaches, sinus headaches and at times tension headaches. I try to maintain the routine as much as I can still I don’t know what to blame. There are hundreds of reasons that include lack of sleep, tension, fatigue, allergies, hormones, vitamin deficiencies, constipation, poor posture, low blood sugar, and alcohol or drug consumption. For me a hard head knot, being out in the sun, lack of water also works as a headache inducer. At times more than…

Aromatherapy for Sleep: Now you sleep better

November 18, 2015 - By Aziza Ahmed Paula

A reflective exploration of aromatherapy for sleep and how scent gently guides the body back into dream, rest, and inner stillness. There was a time when sleep came like rain—uninvited, effortless, and complete. One could lie down anywhere, at any hour, and slip quietly into a dream without negotiation. These days, it feels different. The body hesitates. The mind lingers. You may notice how, once a familiar bedtime is missed, sleep does not return easily. It waits at a distance, as if asking for a gentler invitation. In these moments, the word dream begins to feel less like something that…

Aromatherapy Benefits: Ritual That Heals You More Than You Think

September 21, 2015 - By Aziza Ahmed Paula

A reflective journey into aromatherapy benefits—how scent, memory, and ritual shape healing, calm, and everyday life through essential oils. Discovering Aromatherapy Benefits It didn’t begin as a grand decision. It rarely does. It began, almost accidentally, about ten years ago—one of those evenings when you scroll without purpose and suddenly something pauses you. The words aromatherapy benefits appeared on a screen, surrounded by promises of healing, calm, and something softer than the hurried life we often live. At that time, I was not looking for transformation. I was simply looking for relief—for my skin, for my fatigue, perhaps for something…
