Originated from China, Jasmine Jewel is an exquisite tea hand blended with the essence of pure Jasmine flowers. The tea isn’t bitter, rather has a sweetly taste and smells very good. As it was raining in the morning, we decided to have something that will be lucid and comfortable. So the tea expert wanted to have Jasmine Jewel. Mishael bought it from a local tea store in Santa Fe.
The tea didn’t require much detailed work. The water was on 80 degree Celsius when we started the steeping process. We put two tea spoon of tea in our teapot for two, poured the water and covered for 2 whole minutes to steep. I wouldn’t lie, that we got busy with something and it was more than 3 minutes. We rushed back and tasted the tea.
It didn’t disappoint us, though we disappointed the tea, letting it be in the hot water for longer than required. However, the tea thankfully didn’t go bitter. The colour was beautiful golden copper, just as I like Jasmine teas to be. I thought I would require a little bit of sugar but no, it was perfectly drinkable.
